Puberty is the stage of life when a boy or girl undergoes significant physical and biological changes, transitioning into adulthood. This process typically occurs between ages 10 and 14 for girls and ages 12 and 16 for boys, affecting boys and girls in distinct ways.
Let’s go through the process of puberty. These changes are all part of the normal process of puberty.

Breast Development: Breasts begin to grow and develop. This is a natural part of maturation, and it may take some time for them to reach their full size.
Menstruation: Menstruation, or getting a period, starts. This means the body prepares for the possibility of pregnancy each month. If pregnancy doesn’t occur, blood comes out from the vagina happens. This bleeding is a normal part of the menstrual cycle. Sanitary pads or tampons can be used to manage periods.

Body Hair Growth: Hair growth in new areas, such as under the arms and in the pubic area, is a normal part of development.
Growth Spurts: Sudden increases in height and weight occur. This is a natural part of growing up, and it may take some time for the body to adjust to its new shape.

Puberty is a natural part of growing up. Being prepared and knowing what to expect can make a big difference. Take care of your body and mind, and don’t be afraid to seek support when you need it.
